Job Description (Trainee – R&D)
As an R&D Trainee at UQUIFA, you will:
Assist senior chemists in research and development projects related to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
Perform laboratory experiments under supervision.
Maintain accurate lab records, data, and reports.
Follow safety protocols and industry compliance standards.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ M.Sc in Organic Chemistry / General Chemistry (2023/2024 pass-outs preferred).
✅ Strong academic knowledge of chemical reactions, synthesis, and analytical techniques.
✅ Keen interest in pharmaceutical research and drug development.
✅ Good analytical and documentation skills.
✅ Willingness to learn in a fast-paced industrial R&D environment.
